Life has changed a bit for the time being, but our commitment to our members and team members remains strong!
These unprecedented times have necessitated new routines, additional services and extra precautions at our community. However, even while pandemic headlines continue to dominate our nation’s news, a new story is emerging at The Garlands.
And, it is a story worth sharing.
Throughout the pandemic, Garlands members and team members have made the best of this situation. Dare we say, given the circumstances, in many instances we’ve actually thrived. Our members’ stories of creativity, dedication, resilience and hope are truly inspirational.
While embracing the “new normal” and looking forward to the future, we’ve also come to appreciate, perhaps now more than ever, some of the reasons why we chose this lifestyle or rewarding career path in the first place: the camaraderie of community, the convenience of on-site services and amenities, the comfort of a readily available helping hand, the opportunity to serve and, probably most noticeably, a pervasive, esprit de corps.
Together, like you, we are making the best of a difficult situation . . . and, maybe, just maybe, in the process, becoming a little better ourselves.
