Home to the most revered movers and shakers, Garlands members know a thing or two about the value of relationships and having a good time with friends. From attending classes with one another, to playing cards, meeting up at Happy Hours, bumping into one another at dinner, traveling together, and simply saying “hello” over coffee, communal living with peers at The Garlands fosters friendships.

As such, door-to-door progressive parties with various courses served at friends’ homes are “fan favorites” at The Garlands. So, for our 20th Emerald Anniversary, bring your appetite (and best walking shoes!) and join us for a PROGRESSIVE PARTY tour of The Garlands.

We’ll start with mimosas in the Robie Lounge and Winslow dining room.
Appetizers will be served in the fully furnished, two-story, two-bedroom with den, two-car garage and full basement, Hawthorn Villa.
Then it is off to the newly renovated “20th Emerald Anniversary Edition” two-bedroom home followed by smoothies served poolside in The Garlands Spa and Fitness Center.
Next there is dessert in the Timbers Lounge followed by a visit to the fully furnished two-bedroom Juniper model home.
