Last year, we welcomed 58 new members, and we are now 95% sold and compiling a waitlist.

AWARD-WINNING LIFESTYLE
- In 2023, The Garlands earned several awards, including:
- The Bronze Award for Environments for Aging’s 2023 Remodel-Renovation competition.
- The 2023 Telligen’s Blue Ribbon in Covid-19 Vigilance Award. We were vigilant, and it paid off! It’s nice to be recognized.
- GBAC STAR™ Accreditation from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) for the second year in a row. Our “clean team” continues to lead the industry in infectious disease preparation, response, and recovery (while also ensuring our day-to-day housekeeping is impeccable!).
- And for the FIFTH year in a row, Prairieview at The Garlands earned the U.S. News and World Report 2022-2023 Best Nursing Homes distinction.
