Since its inception 20 years ago, listening has been as much a part of The Garlands secret to success as doing.
From bringing forth new bright ideas as they relate to policies, programs, or services, to sharing compliments and concerns, Members’ feedback and their years of experience are a welcome part of The Garlands day-to-day operations and planning.
A good deal of member input comes by way of The Garlands Members Advisory Committee, or “The MAC” for short. A committee made up of 12 members, The MAC is a voice of the members to Garlands management.
For the last twenty years, Garlands members have offered sage advice, provided relevant counsel, and helped guide our priorities and operations. As we celebrate our 20th anniversary of “growing older and wiser . . . together,” we are grateful for their time, talent, depth of knowledge, and commitment to The Garlands.
